Job summary

Outlier invites you to join a remote, flexible role reviewing AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your schedule.

You’ll rate outputs for adherence and realism, provide written explanations, and help improve AI systems. Open to English speakers worldwide; candidates from US, UK, AU welcome. Rate up to $15/hr with weekly payments and incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a specific English explanation of what you observed.
