Job summary

Outlier offers a flexible, fully remote contract opportunity for detail-oriented reviewers to assess AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and explain problems in writing, all on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15 per hour with additional incentives; payments are made weekly. Applicants from multiple countries can participate, with access to leading language models and a generous feedback loop that helps advance frontier AI

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to review outputs.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write English explanations that point to what you saw or heard and why a choice was made.
