Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, score the exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, helping improve AI systems in real-world use.

Roles are fully remote with flexible hours and pay up to $15/hr. Weekly payments are issued via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM, with access to leading LLMs as a perk.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree or above is a plus
• Comfortable speaking in everyday conversational English

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate outputs
• Rank AI-generated images and videos by prompt adherence
• Explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions and misalignment
