Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your schedule.

The work helps shape how AI systems reason and improve, with access to leading LLMs and flexible, project-based hours. Earn up to $18 USD/hr plus incentives, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational skill.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot distortions, flicker, or audio-visual mismatches.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
