Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail‑oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You’ll conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what looked off, all on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15 per hour with weekly payments, plus incentives. You’ll gain free access to leading LLMs and work from anywhere, with flexible hours while helping advance AI research.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignments.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a clear English explanation based on observations.
