Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off based on the prompt.

You help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve through structured feedback. The role is remote with flexible hours, offering up to $15/hr and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to look and listen closely.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing realistic situations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rating how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging follow-the-prompt accuracy.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of what you saw or heard.
