Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on your own schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what looks off, rating accuracy and realism.

This is a fully remote, contract opportunity with flexible hours and weekly pay (up to $15/hour). Access to leading LLMs is provided, plus performance incentives and ongoing opportunities across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze AI outputs.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate outputs for naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortion, flicker, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
• Rate results across dimensions and provide a concise explanation of observed issues.
