Job summary

Outlier, a remote-first opportunity, seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image/video outputs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing specific explanations in English that describe what you saw or heard.
