Outlier in the United States is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what misses the prompt, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your analyses help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve. This freelance, 1099 role offers up to $15/hour, weekly payments, and access to leading LLMs on a supportive platform.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing explanations in English.
