Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn. Earn up to $15 per hour with flexible hours, weekly payments, and free access to leading LLMs while contributing to real-world AI improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or recheck content.
• Ability to think clearly and explain decisions.
• Comfort with evaluating AI-generated media and providing evidence-based feedback.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot artifacts, glitches, or misalignment between audio and video lines.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations of your judgments in English.
