Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You'll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by providing structured feedback, highlighting issues like mispronunciations, visual artifacts, or content misalignment, and documenting findings in clear, concise reviews.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain findings clearly.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based reviews.
• Comfortable working in a remote, freelance setting.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in and replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation.
