Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing, all on your own schedule.

Paid on a freelance 1099 basis with flexible hours. Rates vary by expertise and project requirements, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM. Applicants from multiple countries, including the United States, are welcome.

Formación

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable deciding when both options have flaws.

Responsabilidades

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, zooming in and replaying to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear English explanation of observations.
• Image evaluations: compare two AI-generated images for the same prompt and judge quality and AI artifacts.
• Video evaluations: rank AI-generated videos against a text prompt or against source clips.
• Video caption labeling: write precise captions for first-person videos, refining the AI draft.
• Audio and voice evaluations: rate speech naturalness and matching to target voice.
