Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare image and video pairs, and write clear explanations of what looked or sounded off.

All tasks are remote and scheduled flexibly. Responsibilities include ranking outputs by adherence and quality, inspecting details, and providing concise, evidence-based write-ups to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews or explanations.
• Ability to think quickly and explain choices clearly when comparing AI outputs.

Responsabilités

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Rank AI-generated images and videos by how well they follow prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortion, flicker, or misalignment.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was observed and why.
• Rate outputs across dimensions such as adherence, quality, and realism.
