Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what’s off in writing.

Remote work fits around other commitments while contributing to frontier AI research. You’ll compare image and video pairs, inspect outputs for distortions or mismatches, and rate each result on adherence, quality, and realism.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot artifacts, mismatches, or errors.
• Writing English explanations detailing observed issues.
