Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what is off, all remotely and on your own schedule. You’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve through evaluation feedback.

Earn up to $15 USD/hr with flexible hours and no minimum commitments. Payments are issued weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM, and you get free access to leading LLMs worth over $200/month.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs at high level and in detail to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment.
• Provide written explanations describing what was observed and why.
