Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15 per hour, with additional incentives. Work flexible hours from anywhere, with paid weekly via ACH/PayPal/AirTM and access to leading LLMs. Applicants from the US and several other countries are welcome.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
Comfortable speaking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
Rating each output across dimensions like adherence and realism, then writing a clear English explanation.
