Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, evaluate image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing to help improve systems.

Responsibilities include ranking naturalness and adherence to prompts, inspecting outputs for artifacts, and delivering concise explanations in English. Prior experience with careful review is helpful.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations in a natural way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models, then rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, spotting issues like distortion, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Write concise explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
