Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, remotely and at your own pace.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and natural conversation style.
• Excellent attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Ability to think quickly and explain decisions in clear language.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable deciding when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely, zooming in or replaying to spot problems like artifacts or misaligned audio.
• Write a concise English explanation of the observed issues and rationale.
