Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Members help shape AI systems by providing evaluation feedback, with free access to leading LLMs and weekly payments. Remote work and flexible hours are available across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Accepting applicants from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distortions, flickering, mismatches in audio/video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing a detailed written explanation.
