Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all on your own schedule.

Contributors help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by providing evaluation feedback. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with flexible hours and remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to work remotely on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and provide written explanations.
