Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated media, and explain issues in writing to improve AI behavior. This is a freelance, remote opportunity with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable thinking on their feet. Prior degree or current study is preferred.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise explanation in English.
