Job summary

Outlier is offering a remote, flexible opportunity to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off. Work on your own schedule from home or while traveling, with pay up to $15 per hour and weekly payments through ACH, PayPal, or AirTM.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, and able to articulate evidence-based explanations. Prior degrees are nice to have, but not required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise explanation in English.
