Outlier is hiring for remote, flexible, contract reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs for prompt accuracy, and write clear explanations of what went wrong.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear they sound.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English.
