Job summary

Outlier offers a fully remote, LATAM-oriented program for QA coders who review AI-generated code and rate model responses. This is a freelance, 1099 contract opportunity that allows you to work from anywhere in the LATAM region.

You will also write clear programming prompts to push AI capabilities in code generation. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, have software engineering experience on live production codebases, speak fluent English, and demonstrate excellent

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions—accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models and push coding boundaries
