LatchBio is seeking an AI Biologist to join the Pathogen Countermeasures team, advancing AI applications in vaccine, antibody, and antiviral development against respiratory viruses. You will define tasks, curate datasets, and set gold-standard outputs for benchmarking AI agents.

You will work with scientists and engineers to translate ground-truth data into gradable benchmarks, using your expertise to ensure rigor and scientific accuracy in every call.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience in vaccine/antibody or antiviral development
• PhD in immunology, virology, microbiology, or related field
• Hands-on data analysis, not just supervision
• AI-ready: identify scientifically wrong results
• Willingness to overrule AI and update when shown wrong

Responsabilidades

• Develop tasks and datasets for vaccines, antibodies, and antivirals benchmarks
• Create gold-standard answers from raw data with tolerant benchmarks
• Curate neutralization titers, epitope maps, serology time courses, and resistance markers
• Evaluate agent outputs, distinguishing true signals from artifacts
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to maintain benchmarks
