WTW is leading AI-driven transformation in Corporate Marketing from an embedded roadmap to practical workflow improvements across brand, content, asset production, and campaign delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, this role combines strong marketing knowledge with hands-on AI and automation development for marketing teams, collaborating across IT, analytics, and external vendors.

Competenze

• Strong, well-rounded marketing knowledge across brand, content, and digital marketing.
• Proven experience implementing AI and automation for marketing or commercial teams.
• Fluent in how AI and automation reshape marketing work, with AI-enabled tools to boost quality and efficiency.
• Working knowledge of the MarTech landscape and ability to identify practical improvement opportunities.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical development.

• Translate AI and automation roadmap into practical, adopted workflows.
• Identify and prioritize workflow improvement opportunities across marketing functions.
• Partner with stakeholders to design more effective ways of working within Marketing platforms.
• Assess AI capabilities across the MarTech stack to reduce duplication and improve planning.
• Collaborate with developers to translate requirements into practical, sound solutions.
• Share learnings and maintain a consistent AI approach across M&C.
• Help marketers use data and performance insights to improve decisions.
• Create adoption materials, playbooks, and training content.
