Job summary

Blu Omega Inc. is seeking an Intelligence Automation Business Analyst to support AI-enabled digital solutions for government programs. You will translate complex stakeholder needs into clear product requirements in a remote work environment, working with cross-functional teams and AI-assisted tooling.

The role emphasizes PRD development, user stories, acceptance criteria, and review of AI-generated code to ensure alignment with standards. Public Trust eligibility is required for government work.

Qualifications

• Translating stakeholder requirements into structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding prompt engineering concepts: role, context, constraints, and output formatting.
• Working knowledge of Agile practices, Markdown, and Git-based workflows.
• Ability to review basic code syntax, understand API integrations, and communicate with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate stakeholder and mission requirements into PRDs.
• Develop user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria with Given/When/Then formats.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, developers, UX specialists, and product managers throughout the Agile lifecycle.
• Review AI-generated code and outputs for accuracy and alignment with requirements.
