Job summary

Blu Omega is seeking an Intelligence Automation Business Analyst to support AI-enabled digital solutions for mission-critical government programs. This role translates complex stakeholder needs into clear product requirements in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities include creating PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and collaborating across Agile teams while reviewing AI-generated code for accuracy and compliance. Public Trust eligibility and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Agile software development support as a Technical/Product Analyst.
• 2+ years using AI-assisted coding or design tools.
• Experience translating stakeholder needs into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding prompt engineering concepts and output formatting.
• Proficient with Markdown and Git-based workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate stakeholder and mission requirements into detailed PRDs using Markdown.
• Develop user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria with Given/When/Then formats.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, developers, UX specialists, and product managers through the Agile lifecycle.
• Review and validate AI-generated code and outputs for accuracy and alignment with standards.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to support PRD-to-code workflows and set context/constraints.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve product delivery processes.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback into rapid product iterations.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for potential integration.
