The role targets someone with a foundation in healthcare analytics and data analysis who can bridge business, data, and product perspectives to deliver meaningful AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in healthcare analytics; 3+ years preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; translate findings for business partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and evaluation of AI-enabled healthcare analytics solutions and define requirements for tools delivering provider cost, utilization, and quality insights.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and AI/ML teams to translate user needs and business objectives into analytics and AI-driven capabilities.
• Review and assess AI-generated outputs to ensure alignment with healthcare reporting methodologies, measure definitions, and user expectations.
• Participate in testing and validation activities; document issues and determine whether solutions meet requirements.
• Analyze the impact of changes to clinical groupers, attribution methodologies, and reporting approaches on provider performance measurement.
• Compare current and proposed methodologies; identify differences and potential impact on trends and benchmarks.
• Provide analytical feedback on AI models, predictive outputs, and product features to support quality and usability.
• Identify data quality concerns and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
• Prepare clear documentation and summaries communicating findings and recommendations.
