Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in healthcare analytics; 3+ years preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare data and performance measurement concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-enabled healthcare analytics solutions; define business and analytical requirements.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and AI/ML teams to translate needs into analytics capabilities.
• Review AI-generated outputs for alignment with reporting methodologies and definitions.
• Participate in testing and validation; document issues and assess requirements.
• Analyze impact of changes to clinical groupers, attribution methodologies, and reporting approaches.
• Compare methodologies; evaluate impacts on trends, benchmarks, and interpretation.
• Provide feedback on AI models, predictor outputs, and features for usability and relevance.
• Identify data quality concerns and opportunities for improvement; escalate as needed.
• Prepare documentation and summaries communicating findings and recommendations.
