Job summary

Cedar Gate Technologies, an IQVIA business, seeks a Senior Data Analytics Analyst to analyze complex healthcare data, design scalable data solutions, and support client data integration into the Cedar Gate Analytics Platform.

You will leverage analytic, statistical, and ETL tools to ensure accurate, standardized data processing across healthcare sources, transforming data into insights to improve outcomes. This role requires hands-on experience with healthcare datasets and data-centric analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years in data-centric roles with increasing responsibility.
• At least 2 years working with healthcare claims systems or EMR data.
• Strong data management and ETL experience required.
• Proficiency with AWS, Redshift, SQL, and advanced Excel functions.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and team-based development processes.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, analyze, and validate healthcare data using statistical and analytical techniques.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, and aggregation across sources.
• Map disparate data fields into a unified schema and reconcile client member data.
• Support data standardization efforts including demographic normalization and healthcare code analysis.
• Execute detailed data analysis tasks to support client and internal goals.
• Collaborate with Data Managers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client data issues and provide ad hoc support.
