Modern Football, the leading real-time football analytics platform, seeks a Product Manager, Agents to own the lifecycle of AI agents that automate workflows and deliver actionable insights for coaches and organizations.

Work with engineering, design, data, and football operations to build reliable AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, APIs, and structured data; define requirements, measure impact, and safeguard user oversight. Flexible hours and remote options offered.

Qualifications

3+ years in product management, preferably B2B SaaS or sports tech.
Experience building/launching AI agents or copilots.
Hands-on with prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, API integrations.
Understanding agent architectures and multi-step reasoning.
Familiarity with AI infra/tools like LangChain, LangGraph.

Responsibilities

Lead lifecycle for AI agents from discovery to iteration.
Identify opportunities to automate football workflows with coaches and internal teams.
Define agent requirements, behaviors, tool integrations, escalation paths, safeguards.
Partner with engineering and data teams to build AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, APIs, and structured data.
Translate customer needs into prioritized requirements and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions.
Monitor agent performance, adoption, and business impact with governance and oversight.
Stay current on advances in AI agents and sports analytics to drive product improvements.
