Job summary

ManpowerGroup’s Experis division seeks a Senior AI Engineer in Irving, TX to join our AI Engineering and Agent Development team. You will design, build, and orchestrate AI agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, delivering enterprise solutions across Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and OneDrive.

You will implement agent orchestration patterns, develop end-to-end agentic solutions, and integrate AI with enterprise data sources, leveraging Azure AI Foundry where

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI Agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI solutions across Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and multi-step business solutions.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agent orchestration patterns, including multi-agent coordination, task decomposition, workflow execution, and tool chaining.
• Build end-to-end agentic solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Develop declarative and custom AI agents tailored to enterprise needs.
• Create orchestration layers for planning, execution, validation, and recovery processes.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data sources leveraging Microsoft Graph and other platforms.
