Viktor is seeking an experienced engineer to advance a persistent Linux sandbox and Python-driven agent platform powering 3,000+ real-world integrations. You will build and refine the runtime, improve tool fluency, and enable autonomous agent actions across a broad surface.

The role emphasizes fast shipping and deep system understanding. You will work on evals, regression detection, and responsible growth of agent capabilities, with remote-first collaboration and periodic in-person gatherings.

Qualifications

• You have personally built or significantly modified an AI agent harness and can describe the trade-offs.
• You have rigour in testing, linters, type checks, and verification to prevent hallucinations.

Responsibilities

• Build the agent runtime: loop that plans, acts, and verifies its own work.
• Make the agent fluent with tools: integration composition and recall.
• Grow agent capabilities: memory, self-written skills, autonomous work.
• Improve reliability: evals, detect regressions, fix failures.
• Ship product: features reaching users via Slack/Teams within hours.
• Collaborate in a small team to cover a large surface.
