Leonenko Group is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to build and operate MCP servers and agent orchestration pipelines for remote US work. You will design model routing and evaluation to maintain high quality while controlling costs, and turn manual workflows into reliable, observable agentic systems.

You will prototype quickly and then harden successful approaches for production, applying strong software fundamentals in TypeScript or Python and hands-on experience with LLMs, tools, and agent

Qualifications

• Pragmatic, evaluation-driven approach to non-deterministic systems.
