Job summary

MCI in the United States seeks an innovative AI Agent Developer to design autonomous agents that automate tasks, orchestrate workflows, and enhance business operations using Large Language Models, enterprise data, and external applications to deliver intelligent outcomes.

You will build scalable, reliable agent solutions, integrate with APIs and cloud platforms, ensure performance and security, and contribute to governance and best practices while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Experience building AI-powered applications, intelligent systems, or workflow automation solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and API development.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience integrating applications through APIs, web services, and third‑party platforms.
• Knowledge of agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, and automation concepts.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Understanding of prompt engineering principles and AI workflow design.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• AI Agent Design & Development: Develop intelligent agents that perform tasks, execute workflows, and interact with business systems.
• Integration & Workflow Automation: Enable seamless interaction between AI agents and enterprise systems; build automated workflows across platforms.
• Performance Optimization & Reliability: Ensure agents operate efficiently, monitor performance, conduct testing and troubleshooting.
• Governance, Security & Compliance: Implement safeguards, ensure compliance and maintain documentation and procedures.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate emerging agent frameworks, research AI automation approaches, and share best practices.
