Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions/implementation engineering.
• Hands-on coding ability and experience with REST APIs.
• Experience with LLMs or AI agents or strong aptitude to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and translating requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of Duckie for new customers, from kickoff to live AI agent.
• Configure, test, and tune AI agents to hit resolution targets using real ticket data.
• Build and validate integrations with Zendesk, Intercom, internal APIs, and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with support leaders and engineers to define and achieve success criteria.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to expand accounts and maintain customer happiness.
