Job summary

Observe.AI is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to lead the creation and deployment of enterprise-grade AI agents and copilots for customers in Toronto. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from design to production, including integrations, telephony, and performance tuning.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering, deliver customer demos, and translate complex requirements into scalable solutions that boost CX operations. This role emphasizes hands-on delivery and cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in conversational AI or AI/LLM-based applications in customer environments.
• Hands-on delivery of AI/LLM-based solutions.
• Strong ability to communicate with customers and lead demos.
• Experience with API integrations and telephony (SIP, CCaaS, PSTN).

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI Agents including prompts and integrations.
• Lead customer demos and gather feedback.
• Configure APIs and data mapping for CRMs and knowledge bases.
• Set up telephony routing and handle call quality.
• Design prompts and monitor agent performance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on platform gaps.
• Drive client implementations end-to-end.
