Job summary

Elios, Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Specialists to help customers adopt AI projects post-build. You’ll work directly with client teams to map workflows, define use cases, and ensure successful rollout.

The role blends consulting rigor with hands-on AI tool deployment in remote, US-based engagements. You will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers on full-time contract engagements across industries, owning discovery, workflow design, training, and ROI tracking to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management or technology consulting, solutions consulting, implementation, or enterprise customer success.
• Strong structured problem solving: you can walk into a messy process and come out with a clear plan.
• Data fluency in Excel or Google Sheets, with SQL or Python a plus.
• Hands-on use of current AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) in your own work, and a point of view on where they help and where they don't.
• Clear writing and presenting, with executives and frontline teams alike.
• Comfortable juggling several stakeholders and some ambiguity without losing the thread.

Responsibilities

• Translate what you hear into requirements an engineer can build against.
• Configure and test AI tools and workflows, including writing and refining prompts.
• Train end users and build internal champions, because change management decides whether a rollout sticks.

• Serve as the client's day-to-day point of contact on scope, timelines, and expectations.
• Field feedback goes back to the engineers from you, so the next iteration fixes what users actually hit.

Location: Remote (US) | Type: Contract, Full Time | Experience: 3+ years

About the Role

We're hiring Forward Deployed Specialists to make sure AI projects get adopted once they're built. You'll work directly with client teams to find the use cases worth pursuing, shape how the solution fits their daily work, and stay close enough after launch to prove it's paying off.

You'll pair with Forward Deployed Engineers on full-time contract engagements with enterprise teams in industries like energy, healthcare, financial services, and industrial operations. You own the business side of the deployment: discovery, workflow design, configuration, training, and measuring results. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be at home in a spreadsheet, a SQL query, or a prompt, and able to hold your own in a room with engineers.

If you come from consulting or operations and have watched good technology go unused because nobody owned the rollout, this role is that owner.
