Job summary

Elios, Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Specialists to help AI deployments land in client organizations. You will work directly with enterprise teams to map workflows, identify high-value use cases, and shape how AI solutions integrate into daily operations.

In this contract, full-time role, you’ll pair with Forward Deployed Engineers, own the rollout from discovery through training, and drive adoption with strong change management. Remote work available across the US.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management or technology consulting or enterprise customer success.
• Strong structured problem solving and mapping of messy processes to clear plans.
• Data fluency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or Python a plus.
• Hands-on use of current AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in real work.
• Clear writing and presenting to executives and frontline teams alike.
• Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and ambiguity without losing the thread.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with client stakeholders to map workflows and pick use cases with the clearest payoff.
• Translate what you hear into requirements an engineer can build against.
• Configure and test AI tools and workflows, including writing and refining prompts.
• Train end users and build internal champions to drive adoption.
• Track adoption and ROI with real data and tell a leadership-ready story.
• Serve as the client’s day-to-day point of contact on scope, timelines, and expectations.
• Field feedback to engineers to guide next iterations.

About the Role

We're hiring Forward Deployed Specialists to make sure AI projects get adopted once they're built. You'll work directly with client teams to find the use cases worth pursuing, shape how the solution fits their daily work, and stay close enough after launch to prove it's paying off.

You'll pair with Forward Deployed Engineers on full-time contract engagements with enterprise teams in industries like energy, healthcare, financial services, and industrial operations. You own the business side of the deployment: discovery, workflow design, configuration, training, and measuring results. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be at home in a spreadsheet, a SQL query, or a prompt, and able to hold your own in a room with engineers.

If you come from consulting or operations and have watched good technology go unused because nobody owned the rollout, this role is that owner.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

Background

• Hands-on use of current AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) in your own work, and a point of view on where they help and where they don't


• Clear writing and presenting, with executives and frontline teams alike


• Comfortable juggling several stakeholders and some ambiguity without losing the thread

Nice to Have

• Took an AI deployment, automation project, or enterprise software rollout from kickoff to adoption


• Industry background in healthcare, energy, financial services, or industrial operations


• Project management or change management experience
