Paired is seeking an AI Graphic Designer to own static and lifestyle ad creative for Google Ads campaigns (GDN, Demand Gen, PMax). You will research market trends, define audience personas, craft angles, and lead concepting, design, generation, and shipping of assets.

This role blends creative strategy with direct response design and AI tools to produce high-volume, high-conversion assets while iterating on performance data.

Qualifications

• Experience in static ecommerce ads for Google (GDN, Demand Gen, PMax).
• Strong knowledge of Google static format set (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 1.91:1, native).
• Hands-on with AI creative tools used for generating ad assets.
• Portfolio required showing direct response/performance-focused work.

Responsabilités

• Own static and lifestyle ad creative across Google Display Network, Demand Gen, and Performance Max end-to-end.
• Research market, define target personas, identify creative angles.
• Concept, design, generate, and ship ad creative independently.
• Build direct response static ads designed to convert top-of-funnel traffic.
