Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience coordinating administrative processes.
• Experience generating reports and interpreting data.
• Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meet deadlines.
• Experience working across teams and communicating with a wide range of people.
• Experience managing contracting and payment processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Provide guidance on policies and procedures for contract execution.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with vendors, partners and producers.
• Develop program materials and correspondence for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Conservancy staff to support decision making.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial processing.
• Maintain compliance with donor, legal, and IRS requirements.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to tool enhancements.
• Occasional travel for meetings, retreats, and conferences.
