Job summary

The Nature Conservancy in the United States seeks a North America Agroforestry Contracts Coordinator to manage contract and payment processes, provide technical leadership, and coordinate multi-party projects with vendors, partners and producers.

The role is remote from a home office within the continental U.S., with limited travel, requires strong project management and communication skills, and supports regenerative agriculture initiatives under NA Ag and USDA grant programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience coordinating administrative processes.
• Experience generating reports and interpreting data.
• Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meet deadlines.
• Experience working across teams and communicating with a wide range of people.
• Experience managing contracting and payment processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects within a defined timeline and budget.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Perform non-routine analysis, research and follow-through.
• Ensure compliance with Conservancy policies and donor/IRS requirements.
• Assist with budget preparation and vendor payments.
• Support development of program materials and correspondence.
