Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a North America Agroforestry Contracts Coordinator to support contract and payment processes for agroforestry initiatives. The role involves coordinating with vendors, partners, and producers, generating reports, and improving program operations while aligning with grant-funded priorities.

Remote work option from a home office in the continental U.S. or a nearby TNC office is available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with multiple variables within timelines and budgets.
• Provide guidance on policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Manage invoices, contracting with vendors, and payments for projects.
• Schedule meetings with vendors, partners, and producers and share updates.
• Develop program materials, reports, and donor-facing communications.
• Support operations to improve systems and tools for the team.
