Verdesian Life Sciences is seeking an Account Manager for Northern Alabama and Eastern/Central Tennessee to grow the retail partner network and drive revenue across the territory. You will expand the product portfolio sales while serving as a trusted advisor to growers and retailers.

You will manage prospecting, lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closing activities, while collaborating with Marketing, R&D, and Customer Service to ensure customer success and market opportunities

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional sales experience in agriculture, B2B sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage territory plans, sales forecasts, and budgets.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across Northern Alabama and Eastern/Central Tennessee.

• Drive territory growth by building relationships with new retail partners and expanding existing accounts to meet sales and profit objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead gen, presentations, negotiations, closing, and account management.
• Establish as a trusted consultant with expert product knowledge and solution selling.
• Develop and execute annual territory business plans including forecasts and budgets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, R&D, and other teams to share market intelligence and support customer success.
• Stay updated on EPA, Alabama, and Tennessee regulatory requirements for the territory.
• Represent Verdesian professionally and cultivate relationships to strengthen the company’s reputation.
