Job summary

Forest Stewards Guild is hiring a full-time Agreements Manager to oversee the contracts and agreements lifecycle, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong internal systems across multiple states and funding sources.

You will work with program managers, the Business Director, and the Chief Development Officer to develop and manage RFPs, negotiate agreements with vendors and consultants, and guide procurement best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least two years drafting and implementing contracts and agreements.
• CPCM or willingness to become certified within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the lifecycle of contracts and agreements.
• Develop and disseminate requests for proposals (RFP) and evaluate responses.
• Negotiate with vendors and track payments and amendments.
• Support internal procurement processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
