Qualifications

• At least two years of experience reading and interpreting contracts.
• Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certification or willingness to become certified.
• Experience collaborating with governmental agencies and nonprofit partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of contracts and agreements ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate with Guild Program Managers on agreements with vendors.
• Track key deadlines, deliverables, and payment schedules.
