Job summary

Zermount Inc. is looking for a Scrum Master to drive Agile excellence and support teams in delivering high-quality products for government clients. You will coach cross-functional teams in Scrum practices, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, experience in coaching teams, and proficiency with tools like Jira and Power BI. This position is remote with travel requirements to Alexandria, VA.

Qualifications

• Prior experience on a scrum team.
• Knowledge of scrum and agile techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical knowledge of complex enterprise IT systems.
• Experience with cloud-based environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on Agile practices.
• Facilitates all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, etc.
• Removes impediments for the team.
• Influences and drives decision making.
• Contributes to the advancement of Agile practices.
