Responsibilities

• Coaches scrum masters and product owners on agile principles and practices.
• Develops budgets and resource planning with velocity and data considerations.
• Determines work scope and timelines for proposed projects.
• Ensures risk assessments include mitigation and contingency plans.
• Establishes backlog management and user story refinement processes.
• Forecasts team capacity and delivery potential for releases.
• Promotes a common language and framework for team collaboration.
• Investigates bottlenecks and improves team capacity proactively.
• Integrates adaptability, transparency, and customer collaboration into processes.
