Qualifications

• Experience leading agile programs with multiple teams.
• Ability to plan, execute and deliver large, complex programs.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello or similar agile tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to sprint goals.
• Identify, track and mitigate dependencies and risks.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to agile teams.
• Communicate program status, risks and changes to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and share knowledge across teams.
• Maintain program documentation and metrics for decision-making.
• Collaborate with product, program managers, and technical leads.
